5. JP54 JET FUEL                            MINIMUM QUANTITY: 20 000BBL            PRICE: $40(GROSS) $46 (NET) PER MT CIF
6. LPG/LNG                                  MINIMUM QUANTITY: 20 000 MT            PRICE: $390(GROSS) $380(NET) PER MT CIF

PROCEDURES

ALL PARTIES COMPLETE NCNDA/IMFPA ( SELLER SIDE SIGNS LAST )

1. BUYER confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO with full banking information.
2. SELLER issues FCO.
3. BUYER signs and returns FCO to SELLER.
4. SELLER issues Draft Contract open for amendments.
5. BUYER returns signed Draft Contract.
6. SELLER registers the consignment.
7. SELLER issues original contract for final signatory, both parties exchange Hard Copies of contract via courier service.
8. SELLER issue to Buyer the Full POP.
9. BUYERS bank issues Non-Operative Letter of Credit or other acceptable Means of payment to SELLER.
10. SELLER issues 2% PB to activate buyers Letter of Credit or other Acceptable means of payment as agreed on contract.
11. Upon Completion and verifications of all documents shipment commences.
